Returns and Refunds

We're happy to accept and refund unopened items, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery, from the following product ranges: -Sweets and Candy -Food and Groceries Should you decide to return a product to us, we will be happy to refund you but due to the size of our company, at present, your delivery charge is not eligible for a refund. In the event that your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will offer a free replacement upon the production of satisfactory photographic evidence. This evidence is required simply so that we may process a claim with our courier and recover the cost of the damaged goods.
